Engineering
Satcom Global operates a dedicated in- house engineering service with strategic hubs around the world to support AuraFlex hardware installations and ongoing associated maintenance. Our engineers are fully trained and accredited to install a wide range of satellite communications equipment, as well as associated ongoing maintenance to keep systems and service running at their optimum.
Hardware
AuraFlex is compatible with a range of Ku-band hardware systems, back-up and rack solutions, with options available for purchase and rental. Satcom Global recommends the innovative range of Intellian NX Ku-band VSAT systems for best performance and compatibility with AuraFlex, and we can provide advice on the most appropriate models to support your bandwidth requirements and coverage. For a high-performance back-up solution, we recommend the Intellian C700 Iridium Certus terminal. Recommended rack or ‘below deck’ solutions will contain an iDirect modem, and Satcom Global’s proprietary IPSignature 4 smartbox for network management, monitoring, and support.
